Idalia Hill (Director Strategy & Operations @PwC) Idalia Hill is a Director at PwC leading strategy and operations for CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. In this role, she manages a six-person team and multiple agencies focused on the execution, effectiveness and value of the coalition's initiatives and it's impact for nearly 1,000 signatory organizations. She works closely with C-suite leaders from Fortune 1000 companies, universities and nonprofits to advance diversity and inclusion priorities across the business community.
