Mark is an accredited senior communications executive, certified health coach, and public speaker. Mark is the founder of Chasing the Sun, a health coaching company. Throughout his career at Edelman and Weber Shandwick, Mark led campaigns for more than a dozen global brands, including Adobe, AMD, Microsoft, Samsung, and the U.S. Army. Mark served on the PRSA Oregon board from 2014-2017 and was president in 2016. In 2007, Mark started a journey that has led him to lose and keep off more than 150 pounds. His mission is to help communications, marketing, and public relations professionals incorporate fitness, health, and wellness into their lives so they can reduce their stress, grow in their career, and thrive.
