My toddler likes to make appearances. My coworkers have learned that if they schedule a meeting before 9 or after 4, it will likely be accompanied by one of my children. It's just the reality of working mom life.

Elena - I would also see you as someone on my team whose work is enhanced by being a mom! Gotta have a sense of humor, levity, grace and the ability to multi-task!
